Detailed Description

This subroutine allocates memory for all arrays used in the canopy model including input variables, canopy distribution variables, wind fields, diffusivity profiles, photolysis correction factors, biogenic emissions, and gas dry deposition arrays. Memory allocation is conditional based on user-selected options.
